Stopped at my parents house to check on everything for they are down south and walked into a home that was 34 degrees. That's NOT good. Called the after hours number and within 5 minutes, had a call back. They tried to walk me through some steps to fix it on my own but no luck. That's when Craig, the owner, said he would be there shortly. Craig came to my parents house at 10:00 in the evening to fix it. Nothing but TOP NOTCH customer service. I can't believe the honesty as well. He put on new parts and could have very easily left them on and charged me for them. Instead - was honest and said lets try something else. After all the testing, it was simply getting the furnace to recycle and charged me only for the service call - no parts. Believe me, I will refer Don's Heating to anyone who ever asks me. GREAT JOB Craig and THANK YOU for getting my parents back to warm.
